Kerialy Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The price charged will always be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

1. Orders

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the products and prices.

Kerialy Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

• Payment failure

• Incorrect information

• Suspected fraud

1. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are securely processed through our payment partners (credit card, etc.).

No banking information is stored by Kerialy Paris.

1. Delivery

Delivery times are provided as estimates only.

Kerialy Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during checkout.

1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations:

Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

• Product must be unopened

• Product must be unused

• Original packaging must remain intact

⚠️ Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

1. Liability

Kerialy Paris cannot be held responsible for:

• Incorrect use of products

• Individual allergic reactions

We recommend carrying out a patch test before full use.

1. Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from applicable legal guarantees regarding conformity and hidden defects under French consumer law.
